How to guarantee the full acquisition of electricity in unsubsidized parity projects? According to the National Energy Administration, it is clear that the centralized parity project clearly protects the power consumption from the grid enterprises. In principle, the electricity sold by the grid companies guarantees the consumption of affordable (low-price) Internet projects, and the centralized low-price (low-price) projects do not participate. Electricity market-based transactions are covered by the self-operated electricity sales of power grid companies. Distributed near-direct transaction is a special kind of power transaction. The project unit directly reaches the power transaction with the power unit, and strictly carries out the condition that it meets the distributed power source standard and is nearly absorbed in the distribution network area where the grid connection point is located. The power grid, transmission and consumption of distributed wind power and photovoltaic power generation are still guaranteed in the way that grid enterprises play the role of the public platform of the power grid.
