Force the photovoltaic industry to get rid of subsidy dependence as soon as possible

After the "Notice" was released, did all new wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects no longer enjoy state subsidies? The National Energy Administration said that the promotion of affordable (low-cost) Internet projects is not immediately abolishing subsidies for all new wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects. At this stage, the unsubsidized parity (low price) online project is mainly carried out in areas where resource conditions are superior and the market is guaranteed. At the same time, in areas where it is still unable to achieve unsubsidized affordable Internet access, it will continue to organize construction in accordance with the policies and management requirements of competitive allocation projects issued by the National Energy Administration, but these projects will also significantly reduce electricity prices through competition to reduce electricity consumption. Subsidy intensity. In addition, the "Notice" clarifies that local energy authorities at all levels may, in conjunction with other relevant departments, issue local subsidy policies for a certain period of time. Projects that only enjoy local subsidy policies are still regarded as affordable online projects.
How to guarantee the full acquisition of electricity in unsubsidized parity projects? According to the National Energy Administration, it is clear that the centralized parity project clearly protects the power consumption from the grid enterprises. In principle, the electricity sold by the grid companies guarantees the consumption of affordable (low-price) Internet projects, and the centralized low-price (low-price) projects do not participate. Electricity market-based transactions are covered by the self-operated electricity sales of power grid companies. Distributed near-direct transaction is a special kind of power transaction. The project unit directly reaches the power transaction with the power unit, and strictly carries out the condition that it meets the distributed power source standard and is nearly absorbed in the distribution network area where the grid connection point is located. The power grid, transmission and consumption of distributed wind power and photovoltaic power generation are still guaranteed in the way that grid enterprises play the role of the public platform of the power grid.
