4) The pipeline must be strictly protected, especially the part close to the corrugated compensator, without bending and inter-transitional displacement;
5) Correctly calculate the amount of pre-stretching or pre-compression.
The completion of the design work is only part of the entire work content. Correct installation is also a problem that cannot be ignored. Therefore, the installation staff must pay attention to the following aspects during construction.
1 Check whether the product model is consistent with the drawing data: whether there is a certificate of conformity or quality guarantee; for important use occasions, the water pressure retest is carried out according to the working pressure of 1.25-1.5 letter. When installing the corrugated compensator, it is necessary to remove the dirt from the inner cavity of the trough, and especially the dirt with a large diameter (E50S).
