Statistics show that Jiangsu, Guangdong, Anhui, Guizhou, Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Guangxi are less than 1% of the weight of the minimum consumption responsibility in 2020, while Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Heilongjiang, Gansu, and Qinghai consume non-hydro renewable energy There is still a big gap between the proportion and the lowest consumption weight in 2020.
It is believed that in the near future, more provinces will complete the quota requirements by purchasing green certificates and benefit from parity projects in the form of subsidies.
