One is the enterprise itself. Intel has achieved 82% renewable energy utilization globally, and 100% renewable energy use has been achieved in Malaysia and Israel. In the past five years, Intel has purchased more than 26 billion kilowatt-hours of green energy. In addition, chip manufacturing is one of Intel's cores. From 2016 to 2020, Intel’s chip manufacturing capabilities have been greatly enhanced, and greenhouse gas emissions have increased overall, but the carbon emissions generated during the manufacturing process of a single chip have been decreasing. It is estimated that in 2030, Intel's carbon emissions may be reduced by 1/3, but manufacturing capacity is expected to increase by 3 times.
