The "Super Big Ship" was named "One Air Jinan 1" and is the world's first self-propelled immersed pipe transport installation ship developed and manufactured by China Shipbuilding Huangpu Shipyard for China Communications First Air Navigation Bureau.
A few days ago, "One Air Jinan 1" has successfully completed the trial and successfully returned. After the trial test, all the test data met the design requirements and will be delivered soon.
The successful development of “One Aviation Jinan 1” means that the manufacturing technology of the special ship for immersed pipe construction in China's subsea tunnel has reached the world's top level. When the “One Air Jinan 1” was just released from the dock in June this year, it caused great concern from professionals in the industry. First of all, the "One Hang Jinan 1" adopts a double hull design. The shipyard is 190.4 meters wide, 75 meters wide and 14.7 meters deep. The deck area is as large as two football fields. It is equipped with 2 sets of 9280 kW main propulsion system and 8 high-power side pushers. When the tow is 165 meters and 72,000 tons of standard immersed tubes are floated, the speed can reach 5 knots and can resist 1.6 cross-flow.
It is the world's first exclusive right to integrate the functions of floating pipe, positioning, sinking and installation, with DP positioning and tracking functions. CCCC First Air Navigation Bureau has complete independent intellectual property rights and declares international patents.
Secondly, “Yihangjinan 1” is the special vessel for immersed construction of submarine tunnels with the largest installation capacity, the highest precision of placement, the most funny construction work and the most advanced performance. The research and development team of an aviation bureau took three years, and many research institutes and university units in the United Nations jointly developed. Moreover, there are no ships of the same type that can be referenced on a global scale. It is purely 100% China's independent research and development!
Third, in the overall system design, the Chinese research team has also made bold innovations. “Yihangjin’an 1” realizes single-ship towing installation of immersed pipes, which can continuously complete construction work such as immersed pipe unloading, floating clouds and positioning installation, and the overall efficiency is doubled and the cost is lower. It can meet the needs of all immersed tube floating and installation operations at home and abroad. In order to adapt to the future immersed installation, it also reserved the upgrade space.
Finally, “Yihangjinan 1” has a high degree of mechanical automation. It is used as a special vessel for deep-channel immersed tube floating installation. It can reduce the dredging amount of the channel by more than 2 million cubic meters and save more than 10 auxiliary ships. .
