According to the association's group standard work progress and the relevant provisions of the "China Machine Tool Industry Association Group Standards Management Measures", on the morning of September 10, 2020, the China Machine Tool Industry Association organized the fourth batch of association group standards planned projects in Beijing Project review meeting". Participants of the Association’s Standardization Committee and related secretariat members and industry experts attended the meeting, including 19 people. Guo Changcheng, the executive vice chairman of the Association, and related personnel attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Mu Donghui, director of the industry department of the association. In his speech, Executive Vice Chairman Guo Changcheng emphasized that the association has always attached great importance to the project review of group standards since it started group standards work. The association’s positioning of group standards is: to promote product quality improvement, relying on each branch to develop The development of key common technical standards and quality evaluation norms for each sub-industry will fill the gaps in existing standards based on technological innovation and market demand, and effectively promote the overall improvement of industry product quality.
Lou Xiaozhong, secretary general of the Association's Standardization Committee, introduced the status of the association's group standard project application in 2020. There are 6 group standards reviewed at this meeting, 4 of which are included in the association’s group standard formulation project in 2020, namely: the "machine tool product identification coding specification" proposed by the association general meeting; System Raster Sensor Communication Protocol (NCEC) Specification"; "Numerical Control Heavy Duty Double Column Mobile Vertical Milling Machine Part 1: Accuracy Inspection" declared by the Heavy Machine Tool Branch; "Numerical Control Heavy Duty Double Column Mobile Vertical Milling Machine Part 2: Technology condition".
The meeting required the project lead unit and relevant branch secretariats to organize a drafting work group to implement the work plan for standard setting in accordance with the requirements of the "Association Group Standards Setting Work Rules", and strengthen coordination with relevant parties, listen to opinions widely, and ensure the quality of standard compilation And level to ensure the completion of standard setting tasks on time.
In the afternoon, the Machine Tool Association organized a kick-off meeting for the association group standard of "Machine Tool Product Identification Code Specification". The meeting was presided over by Lou Xiaozhong, vice chairman of the Association's Industry Development Working Committee. In his speech, Guo Changcheng, executive vice chairman, introduced the background and significance of the association's group standard formulation work of "Machine Tool Product Identification Coding Specification". In order to adapt to the digital and intelligent requirements of today’s manufacturing transformation and upgrading, it is necessary to consider the uniform standardization of machine tool product names, models, and codes in the industry as a whole, and use a unified identification coding standard to standardize the naming of machine tool products so that Adapting to the industrial Internet's labeling requirements for machine tool products, it is also convenient for unified classification and storage, and the establishment of an advanced manufacturing technology information database is of great significance to the entire machine tool industry.
In order to better carry out the standard preparation work, a standard coordination group and a standard drafting working group were established according to the needs of the work.
