A few days ago, Chint International’s Egyptian plant increased its capital by 4 million U.S. dollars for the planned expansion of the new plant. This is also the third capital increase of Chint International's Egypt plant since the establishment of the plant in 2017. Provide a more comprehensive power system solution, and use smart energy to help the ancient civilization glow with new brilliance."

In the Aswan province of southern Egypt, neat and dense solar panels glow dazzlingly in the desert, where the country's first "solar village" rises from the ground. In June last year, the Benban Photovoltaic Industrial Park in Aswan Province was fully put into operation. The former desert became an important clean energy base. The Benban Photovoltaic Industrial Park has also become one of the largest photovoltaic industrial parks in the world. It is worth mentioning that the picture of the project was also printed on local Egyptian coins and became a "national card".


The local coins in Egypt are printed with the photovoltaic project in the eastern part of the Sahara Desert that CHINT has participated in.

Among them, CHINT's technical output is inseparable. It is understood that Chint New Energy invested in the construction of the Benban photovoltaic project, and exported China's high-end photovoltaic products and advanced experience to Egypt, which can achieve zero emissions of local electricity by 2025. At the same time, Chint uses a large number of local management personnel and labor in Egypt to improve the quality of labor on the one hand, and on the other hand, it also helps solve local employment problems and skills training needs.

Green has become the background color of Chint's going global, and it has also become the golden name card for expanding the circle of friends of the "Belt and Road" initiative. In the photovoltaic power plant project in the province of Groningen in the Netherlands, CHINT turned the abandoned contaminated land into a landmark of "sustainable energy development". Participating in the investment in the construction of Cambodia's "Dattay River Hydropower Project" can meet nearly a quarter of Cambodia's electricity demand and improve the degree of perfection of Cambodia's electricity infrastructure. Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia once expressed "special thanks to China for supporting Cambodia's power infrastructure construction, which has played an important role in promoting economic development and improving people's livelihood."
