New energy logistics vehicle market has a wide development space

Recently, data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers showed that in April this year, China's new energy commercial vehicles sold 10,000 vehicles, an increase of 158% year-on-year, an increase of 57%. Sales volume of new energy logistics vehicles exceeded 1,000 vehicles, a 48.6% increase from the previous quarter, and nearly doubled from the same period of last year. I. Support of national policies

Recently, with the approval of the State Council, 14 departments including the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Finance have jointly issued the Action Plan for the Promotion of Healthy and Stable Development of the Road Freight Industry (2017-2020). Strengthen the urban distribution vehicle technology management, provide convenient access to new energy distribution vehicles that meet the standards, organize the implementation of urban green freight distribution pilots, and fully promote the electrification process of urban freight vehicles. Up till now, the new energy automobile policies promulgated by 37 provinces and cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Tianjin have all mentioned the relevant policies of pure electric logistics vehicles.

As of June 2, 2017, a total of 309 new energy vehicles were selected in the fifth batch of “Recommended Vehicle Models for Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2017. In the 91 new energy special vehicles, pure electric logistics vehicles reached 79 models, accounting for as high as 87%. The introduction of special car catalogues has opened up a blue ocean for the development of new energy logistics vehicles.
